Privacy and cookies

This page explains what data is collected when you visit jackreimon.com, what it is used for and how you can change your choice. The site has no forms, does not sell data and shows no ads.

What is measured and why
Two analytics tools are used to understand how the site is used and improve it: which pages are visited, where visits come from and which contact buttons are used.
- Google Analytics 4 (Google): pages viewed, time on site, approximate country and city, device and browser type, and the source of the visit (search engine, social network, link). IP addresses are not stored. Data is kept for 14 months.
- Microsoft Clarity (Microsoft): heatmaps and anonymous recordings of how the page is browsed (clicks, scrolling and movement). Clarity masks any text you type by default.
When you click WhatsApp, email or phone, only the fact that a click happened and on which page is recorded, not the content of your message. Neither tool is used for advertising: advertising storage is always disabled.

The site also stores in your browser (local storage, not a cookie) your cookie choice (jr-consent) and, if you pick one, your language preference (jr-lang). This data never leaves your device.
Your choice
The first time you visit, a notice lets you accept or decline analytics cookies. If you decline, Google Analytics and Clarity store no cookies and only a minimal measurement is sent, without identifying your device. If you are in the European Union, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, analytics only runs if you accept. In other countries it runs when you arrive and you can decline it in the notice.

Other services
- To suggest the site in your language, your country is looked up from your IP address using the country.is service. Nothing is stored.
- Fonts are served from the site's own server, with no external services.
- If you write via WhatsApp or email, your details are used only to reply and prepare a proposal. They are not shared with third parties.
Data transfers
Google and Microsoft may process analytics data on servers outside Peru, including the United States, under their own privacy policies: Google and Microsoft.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, or object to its use, under Peru's Personal Data Protection Law No. 29733 and, where applicable, the EU General Data Protection Regulation. Write to jack@jackreimon.com.
